EQUIPMENT & UNIFORM INFORMATION

Equipment

Players are responsible for providing the following equipment:

U10 Equipment

• Mouth guard – standard plastic sports mouth guards can be purchased at many sports stores.
• Shin pads
• Runners or turf boots for artificial turf (Please note: soccer boots with multi-studs or blades are not permitted at many of the away games played on water-based turf)

*Loaner sticks can be provided for U10 players*

U11-U18 Equipment 

• Field Hockey stick – a list of suppliers can be found under Club Resources

Uniforms

Uniform U10

• Receive 1 RFHC T-shirt with registration fee * given out on the first day of practice
• Please wear black shorts, leggings or joggings bottoms

Uniform U11-U18

• RFHC White & Green Jersey – cost of $40.00
• Black Skort – cost of $38.00
• Green socks – Receive 1 pair with registration fee.  Additional pairs can be purchased for $8 per pair
